The Resource Recovery Center of Orange County (best known as "the RROC") is an OASAS licensed substance use disorder facility in Middletown, New York. According to Google rankings, we are the Top-Rated Treatment facility in the Hudson Valley Region and are accredited by the Joint Commission in Behavioral Health.

We provide medically-supervised inpatient detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services to adult men and women who are 18 and older.

Our staff is comprised of licensed physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners who are skilled in the field of Chemical Detoxification and Medically Assisted Treatment programs.

The Resource Recovery Center of Orange County ("the RROC") utilizes a multitude of evidence-based practices and proven addiction treatment methods including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and 12-Step integration.

The goal of our professionally trained CASAC counselors and professional practitioners is to help guide our clients through the process of personal change, so they might develop more positive behaviors and healthier lifestyles.
